Actually . You rlaely can't buy a cheap rlaely fast computer. But, a decent one can be found anywhere from circuit city to best buy. My dad only surfs the internet and uses word processor, so he bought a computer for 500 dollars, and it works fine for him. But, i game and do a lot of video editting, so if i used his computer, my life would be hell. If you're like my dad and do regular email checking, internet surfing, and school work, a 500 dollar computer from anywhere would be fine.
